Our Services

Our team is here to support your vision of providing residential treatment to indiviudals with co-occurring needs. We provide clinical oversight and 7 days a week theraputic services that meet the requirements of AHCCCS. Additionally, training is provided every 2 weeks to meet all DHS requirements of 24 hours of training per year. 


A highlevel overview of our services:


Ensure that clinical oversight addresses the treatment needs of all customers who receive treatment from ACCG.

➢ Monitor compliance to policies and procedures for clinical oversight of Client’s personnel.

➢ Review types of staff training programs to be provided by Client for its personnel.

➢ Provide Client determined number of hours per month of clinical oversight to full time behavioral health technicians (BHT), and behavioral health paraprofessionals (BHPP).

➢ Make determinations/recommendations to Client’s designated administrator regarding staff who require additional clinical oversight beyond Client’s determined number of hours.

➢ Monitor compliance to group and one-on-one counseling procedures by Client’s personnel.

➢ Reviews customer assessments and treatment plans for accuracy, appropriateness and completion.

➢ Maintain availability to Program Direct (or his/her designees) on 24-hour basis to address clinical oversight emergencies, unusual incident reporting or other urgent clinical oversight issues.


THERAPIST SERVICES

➢ Ensure that clinical counseling services address the therapeutic treatment needs of all

residents who are in neee of treatment:

o Coordinate a service schedule that ensures treatment fidelity

o Reviewing resident candidates TX Hx for placement appropriateness

o Conducting initial mental health and psycho-social intake assessments

o Provide Risk Analysis and Mental Status Assessment for clients

o Formulate residential Treatment Plan (TXP) goals and service frequency

o Educate residents on therapeutic informed consent topics

o Educating residents on the therapeutic process

o Conducting Individual, Family and Group therapy sessions to residents at the rate designated in the residential TXP

o Document all services to payer source standards

➢ Reviews assessments and treatment plans not formulated by an ACCG professional for accuracy, appropriateness and completion; provides addendums to comply to ACCGs service standards

➢ Review and discuss resident’s mental and behavioral health issues, services and progress with the program’s clinical team to coordinate therapy with the Client’s overall residential TX program goals.

o Staff resident progress, barriers, problem Bx’s and additional TX needs

o Participate in CFT/AFT with the residential clinical team and Case Manager

o Provide case management for additional therapeutic services referrals

o Assist/write Medical Necessity Reports/Monthly Reports

o Facilitate discharge planning, coordinate post discharge service and write discharge summary

➢ Comply to residential agencies policies and procedures and to communicate conflicts with

ACCG

➢ Recommend/advice on topics or types of trainings necessary to the agency to improve personnel performance in the delivery of indirect MH and psycho-social services

➢ Provide recommendations to the agencies clinical team regarding staff who require additional clinical training beyond agency determined hours

➢ Maintains availability to residential clinical team on a reasonable hour basis to advise on clinical emergencies, unusual behaviors and incident reporting or other urgent clinical issues.

o Conduct ongoing SI/DTS/DTO risk analysis and staff preparation

o Complete crisis risk analysis and provide crisis interventions; coordinate staff Notifications/responses, and secure additional necessary services

➢ Advise/Assist in developing policies and procedures for adherence to Clinical Oversite requirements

➢ Advise on the determination of staff promotion in title and duties from BHPP to BHT
